COMPLIANCE

When creating pay profiles for your company, it is important to ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws. We recommend consulting a labor law attorney and/or HR professional before implementing any customized pay profiles.

Please refer to the appropriate section of the terms and conditions agreement.

"5.6 Employment/Wage Payment Laws. Licensee understands and agrees that Licensee is solely responsible for ensuring (i) compliance with all applicable federal, state and local employment laws and regulations (“Employment Laws”) and (ii) that Licensee’s employees are classified, paid and scheduled in accordance with Employment Laws. Licensee should consult with its own independent legal counsel to ensure that, in reviewing and implementing any payroll determinations provided by the Services, Licensee complies with applicable Employment Laws and makes any necessary adjustments to the payroll determinations relating to employee classifications, pay practices and schedules to ensure such compliance. PFPS does not warrant that the payroll determinations supplied by the Services will comply with Employment Laws in all circumstances. "
